Since we can't yet shake you by the hand, we would like to introduce ourselves:

Maurice Shorter has lived in south west France since 2003. He is English and during the course of his career, he has benefited from many years of managerial experience. Maurice launched Le Sommet Services in response to a growing need in the area for someone living on the spot to manage or simply to keep an eye on the many properties which are not occupied all year round.

In providing property management and caretaking services his considerable managerial skills ensure that things get done. He is also able to make use of his own experience of renovating a large Gascony property and creating a luxury gite from a ruined barn. Maurice is the boss or so he keeps telling Nancy who is the second member of the managerial team.

Nancy Robathan has also lived in south west France since 2003. In her other life in England she was a lawyer and is therefore very good at turning the seemingly impossible into the definitely probable. She is also good at letting Maurice believe that he's the boss.

Both Maurice and Nancy speak French and are able to call on skilled artisans from every trade in property renovation and repair. Their clients benefit from:
