We wouldn't even say no to the odd
chateau. The bookings
are coming in but you don't yet live permanently in
France.
We know you're working on it but in the meantime your
property
needs to be kept in the best condition, each
rental changeover
supervised and your guests welcomed.

Keyholding Services
You retain our services whenever
you need them. During the period of your holiday letting we provide
a guaranteed supervisory changeover service no matter how many
visitors you may have. We will clean and prepare your property
in between guests and provide a clean linen service if required.
In addition we will:
- Make regular security visits to your property to check it
inside and out as often as you wish and always after severe
weather
- Report to you after every visit, each changeover and each
unexpected event
- Carry out any special requirements you may have
Stand alone Cleaning Services
If you only need us occasionally
to manage a changeover at your property, then, at your request,
we will provide a thorough cleaning service together
with a clean bed linen service if required. Please
let us have as much notice as possible of your dates.
Spring and Autumn Clean
We can thoroughly clean
your property at the beginning of the holiday season
and at the end prior to the winter closedown.
Meet and Greet your Guests
We will show your guests
around the property and answer any concerns they may have.
Our local knowledge of the area will also help to make them feel
at home. If required we can check your guests in and out of the
property by carrying out an inventory and/or take utility readings
to send to you.
Welcome Packs
We can provide
welcome
packs of essential supplies if requested. Champagne and
foie gras would be good but we were thinking more along the lines
of bread, cheese, wine, water, etc. Just call us or e-mail us

not less than 24 hours before your guests are due to arrive.
24 Hour Call Out Service
Provide a 24 hour call
out service to deal with unexpected emergencies.
24 Hour Telephone Support
In addition we provide
24 hour telephone support free of charge.
Handle Insurance Claims
Heaven forbid, but if any damage
should be done to the property during a rental period we will
send you photographs and we can handle the insurance claim
on your behalf to ensure that the damage is repaired. We will
keep you fully informed of progress by e-mail and photographs
when completed.
Painting, Decorating and Refurbishment
Carry out necessary maintenance,
painting, decorating and refurbishment and will obtain
quotations where necessary. We will liaise with
you directly over costs and progress, ensure that you are fully
informed and will send before and after photos.
Guide Prices
Prices for all services are from 15€ per hour. We will
provide a detailed quotation tailored to your needs.
For more significant maintenance tasks, we will obtain quotations from
skilled artisans. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Overlapping
with our Property Management and Caretaking Services
we can also maintain your property if required, together
with regular gardening services and pool maintenance
